PT60 & PT40 Plasma Torch Cutting and Circle Cutting Guide

PT40 and PT60 plasma torch double roller cutting guide plus circle cutting attachments includes two trammel bars which may be linked together along with 3 centres.
Centre 1 has a magnetic foot with a rotating column into which the trammel bar is clamped,
centre 2 has a point which is positioned into a centre punched point in the sheet / plate to be cut. Hand pressure ensures the point remains fixed in position.
Centre 3 has a threaded clamp for the fulcrum point, access to both sides of the sheet / plate is required. A hole 6.25mm is drilled at the centre point the column fixing thread is passed through the hole and the clamp nut tightened on the other side. The trammel bar is fixed in place at the correct radius for the circle to be cut.

Centre - threaded - fit to plate

With 250mm radius bar fitted
Minimum radius 39mm - 78 mm Dia
Maximum radius 270mm - 540mm Dia.

With 400mm radius bar fitted
Minimum radius 39mm - 78mm Dia.
Maximum radius 420mm - 840mm Dia.

With both radius bars screwed together 250mm + 400mm = 647mm
Minimum radius 39mm - 78mm Dia.
Maximum radius 670mm - 1340mm Dia.
